The Villa Restaurant Dolceacqua Imperia big olive grove four farm buildings, is arranged in 4 levels. By entry in the private area totally immerse in the green, we find a large car park with a small stream. Continuing to the wide staircase to reach the commercial area, we find a big restaurant divided in two rooms, the first one with white plasterboard walls and window antibreaking fixtures, the second room overlooks to the hill through sliding windows offering a wonderful view to the surrounded landscape.
Furniture is all in wood: the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
The kitchen is well equipped, covered by light blue washing panels.
Proceeding to the inner staircase we reach the first cellar divided in two levels, including a small bathroom with shower.
In the ground floor we find a huge storage room and a car park, where it is possible to park various cars.

Above the restaurant there is the first of the two flats, with access both from inside the restaurant or outside.
The first flat has a wide corridor that invite to the night area: three large bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The big living room has a kitchen area. There are three windows and a window door to the large terrace, partially covered by prefabricated building: possibility to have an extra room.
There is also the attic with a reasonable good height, bathroom and sleeping area separated.

All property is accessible by a wide gravel road, to reach all four buildings, part of the complex.
Peace is one of the most important qualities of this place. The center of the town is at only 2 km. In ony 10 minutes by car it is possible to reach the sea and in a very short time it is possible to admire the beauty of France Côte d’Azur.
There is the possibility to change the commercial use of the building into a private one. Above all it it possible to expand the building.
